Comments:
This was my only chronicle for April 9th, 2005. I don't recall why I chose to do one on this particular evening but I did. The ride was annoying for a few different reasons. We crawled between Whitlock Ave & Hunts Point Ave. The most time it should take between those two stops is 2 1/2 minutes. Secondly the doors recycled twice at 68th St/Hunter College.
The annoyances didn't there as we crawled between 51 St & 42nd St/Grand Central. On top of this, we were held there for some unannounced reason. We didn't even get the "sorry for the........" announcement. The last delay came from the crawling between Canal St & Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall.
