I just found this chronicle while going through some notes. I remember looking forward to this G.O. when it was posted. I am 95% sure it started to run on the F after Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Ave. This is the only routing that made sense with the time chart I have.
As far as the ride goes, it went good for the most part. The only real hiccup was the train stopping while approaching the 36th St. station. As some could imagine, many riders were not thrilled missing the connection at 53rd St.
