This chronicle brought back alot of old school memories for me. I figured it would which is why I had to do it. The chronicle featured the return of the Q as a Brighton Express. I guess you could say somewhat as the express only went to Kings Hwy. Local service was on the bill after that.

I used to ride the Q as a Brighton Express when I was younger. I had alot of friends who lived along the line especially around Kings Hwy. I also used to do alot of business with these same associates & friends but let me not go there for my own sake (wink).

The ride was decent with the only delays coming from 2 cases of door recycling. The last delay was for the dead cold stop between Ocean Pkwy & W. 8th St. I miss the Q being the Brighton Express!
