Comments:

June 13, 2005 was a busy day for me as far as rail fanning was concerned. I managed to hit every borough but Staten Island. This was my 3rd "cot" of the day but only the 2nd official one. Lets just say I screwed up the 2nd one big time!

I decided to do one on the G after spending quite a bit of time in the station. I spent over an hour in the infamous transfer corridor between the E/V & G. The reason I spent so much time there was because I was having a good time conversing & watching a Transit Museum employee shoot the artwork at the station as part of a tribute.

The ride on the G was going quite smoothly until the slow crawl between Carroll St & Smith/9th Sts. The train had very good ridership which doesn't surprise me since it goes through quite a few up & coming neighborhoods. I only wish the MTA would wake up & provide better service & more cars to accommodate the ridership levels.
